The problem
Basketball management sims are usually either spreadsheets or black boxes. The fun is a world that moves without you — that takes a simulation engine you can actually reason about.
The approach
A typed simulation core drives every season end-to-end — draft, season, playoffs, awards, free agency, trades. React panels are a pure view layer over that state, and a script harness sanity-checks sim outcomes outside the UI.
The outcome
A playable career mode — and a clean example of domain modelling: deterministic engine below, interface on top.
